On a fait affaire avec Fondabec pour un gros projet d’agrandissement sur deux étages dans le Plateau-Mont-Royal à Montréal. Ils ont fait la nouvelle fondation complète, avec pieutage à l’avant et à l’arrière. L’accès au terrain était vraiment limité, mais ils ont géré la logistique de façon impeccable, sans stress pour nous. C’est une entreprise familiale comme on en voit peu. Gabriel, le père, est honnête, clair et transparent dès la soumission, et le prix était très compétitif. Son fils Dominic est toujours présent sur le chantier, super réactif et rigoureux.
